FT101 Top Roller Tool

I、Application：
　　It is the auxiliary means of A802 and FU804 serial rubber roller and used cooperative with roller. By changing gripping handle, it can be used to harden the top roller bearings of cotton and yarn.
　　It has been accredited by China Textile Machinery Corporation and has been put into batch production.
II、Technical data：
　　Pivot top circle as the criterion when hardening top roller bearing, ensure the spinning quality and prevent the top roller from damage. For the top roller meeting the standard of FZ92013-92 and SL series top roller design and technical requirements, the hardening accuracy reaches：
　　1、Excircle diameter difference of the rubber roller of the same set: 0.05mm Max. Tested position：using part between the two rollers.
　　2、Excircle diameter difference of the two ends of the roller: 0.02mm Max. Tested positon: two ends of the roller.
　　3、Radial jump of roller excircle: 0.015mm Max. The accuracy is based on the measurement of roller surface under the condition of top roller bearing transmission.
