IV、Structure
　　Semiautomatic hydraulic distension, one motor, two axles transmission: one of the ends drives oil pump and the other drives belt pulley rotating the roller.

V、Operation
　　Power on and press the starting button and then the rolling button. Press the power-Off button and stop the engine. Rolling pressure: 0.5-2.5Mpa, rolling time: 0-30s, adjustable.
　　（1）When adjusting pressure： open cabinet and switch on the pressure gauge, screw relief valve and observe the arms of pressure gauge until it stops at the requested pressure.
　　（2）When adjusting time：open apparatus cabinet，adjust the semi-conductor to the requested rolling time.
　　Additional：
a. When large diameter difference exists between the rollers (over 5 mm), screw the piston rod to the requested position.
　　　　　b. There is speed adjusting gear when the top roller getting near and separating from the roller. So, no bump is generated when the roller drop off. Instantaneous stress concentration can be eliminated when the roller is lifted. Only screw choke check, the speed of getting near and escaping that requested can be obtained.
　　　　　c. Adjust the position of tensioner and tighten or loosen the strap.
　　　　　d. For the first time of rolling, large clearance between upper and lower roller will be requested to prevent the direct contact of roller and shell roller, which will damage the components.

VI、Service and Maintenance
　　Cleaning the workbench, roller before and after operation. Check the condition of working point of the gears and feed the lubricant to avoid the component damage. Hydraulic oil should be changed annually.
