I、Application：
　　FU242 is specially designed for the lubrication of roller of roving machine and spun yarn machine, it adapts to a wide variety of lubrication, generally using albany grease ZG2-ZG3.

III、Structure
　　See the chart, it made up of three parts: lubricant feeding，oil feeding and tray.
1、Lubricant feeding：
　　No.10 in the chart is oil tank or grease container, motive power of motor transmitted to gears and worm wheel, they will slow down and rotate the propeller (6), lubricant was fed through clappet valve .
2、Oil feeding
Consisting of trunk piston 18, grease gun 13，oil control screw 49，oil feeding head 24. During oil feeding, pressing handle 48，trunk piston 18 and oil gun 13 lower simultaneously, the lubricant fed in piston 18 under pressure，piston 18 and oil gun 13 are kept isolated. When oil head 24 meets top roller, oil gun 13 stop decreasing and piston 18 goes on decreasing, thus, lubricant is fed into roller cavity through the small hole of oil gun 24. Space between the end of oil control screw 49 and stopper is adjustable, by which, oil volume is also adjustable.

3、Tray
　　Consisting of tray 26 and stopper 25. Stopper is used in SL series top roller and square stopper is used in cap neb top roller. Electrical system is made up of single phase motor rotary switch.

4、Usage

　　Fed the lubricant into the oil tank 10，adjust the tray 26 until roller top and oil head end keep 4-5mm clearance and the hole on roller meets the oil head 24, when the roller is put onto the stopper 25. Switch on the motor and press the handle 48, the lubricant will be fed and the volume can be adjusted by screw 49.

　　Before switching on, check the oil scale. Add the oil in time when it's short of oil. Conveying part should be self-oiled and the intervals of the oil changing subjected to the specific using conditions, generally, once per year, with a certain amount of No. 20-30 machine oil. When the structure and size of rolled changed, the stopper should be changed accordingly. Your attention, DON"T press handle when no oil will be fed. When the switch is turn to "on", the indication light "on" and at the same time, the motor is powered. When the switch turned to "Off", the indication light "Off" and the motor stops.

　　Unit of oil volume is "ml" and the indication of oil control screw is the oil volume.
